What is management?
It sure is about development.
Development of ideas,
Development of leadership,
And of course the development of visions.
Management focuses on planning,
It focuses on organizing,
Leading and controlling.

I had a hard time writing my poem as well. I chose to do it in haiku form. It seemed like the easiest format. I was wrong. Poetry is hard all the same. Management is too rigid a topic for poetic flow and inspiration (at least for me).
